Job description

As Interim Executive Headteacher, your primary focus will be to provide stability and continuity across the TIG Federation while driving forward existing school improvement priorities. Leading three successful schools, you will balance strategic leadership with day-to-day operational oversight, supporting staff, maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, and ensuring pupils continue to thrive in a safe, inclusive and ambitious environment. You will be a highly visible and approachable leader who is fully immersed in school life. Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff and the wider community will come naturally to you. We are looking for someone who is proactive, accessible and present across all of our schools; a Headteacher who is known to children and families alike, and who leads by example through regular engagement in the day-to-day life of the Federation. You will be supported by an experienced governing body, committed leadership teams across the schools, and colleagues within the wider North Yorkshire education community, ensuring you are well placed to make a meaningful impact from the outset.
