SENDCo The Wellington Academy Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR1C Actual Salary: £32,916 -£51,048 TLR1C £14,869 Contract: Permanent Closing date: Midnight 15th November 2026 Interview Date: Week Commencing 16th November 2026 Anticipated Start Date: 1st January 2026 Job Overview The Wellington Academy has an exciting opportunity as SENDCo , who will take overall responsibility for all aspects of SEND, including regulatory requirements, co ordination of educational support for students and developing the schools provision. This role will become the link for staff, parents, carers and agencies while working closely with Senior Leadership Team in schools and across the Trust to ensure the best outcomes for our students.
